Returns Policy

If for whatever reason you wish to return your Lee Valley Ireland items, you are welcome to do so within 90-days of delivery of your order. Goods must be returned unworn and unwashed with all tags attached.

Unfortunately, we won't be able to accept items that don’t meet this criterion or are non-returnable. 

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

  • Products with tags removed
  • Personalised / embroidered garments.
  • We do not accept returns of Gift Cards
  • We do not accept returns of altered garments

In the interest of health & safety we cannot accept returns of:

  • Products that have been worn / washed / used
  • Caps and hats unless tags are still in place and packaging remains unopened and undamaged.
  • Socks unless tags are still in place and packaging remains unopened and undamaged.
  • Insoles unless tags are still in place and packaging remains unopened and undamaged.

Please note: all products that are despatched from our warehouse in Inchigeela, West Cork, Ireland, are put through a rigorous quality control process.

If you are unfortunate enough to receive the wrong item or faulty goods, please email customercare@leevalley.ie, or send the items to us with a completed returns form together with the original order confirmation, or call us at +353 (0) 26 49170

Timing: Returns will generally be processed within 7 working days of receipt. We will let you know your return has been processed via the email address you provided at the time of ordering.

Refunds will be made in accordance with the method of payment used and we will endeavour to issue your full refund immediately.

Please note: returns postage is at the customer’s expense. Exchanged items will be shipped free of charge.

WHAT IF I WANT TO EXCHANGE MY ITEM FOR SOMETHING MORE OR LESS EXPENSIVE?

If the item, you wish to receive in exchange for your order is less than the original monetary value we will refund you the difference.

If the item, you wish to receive in exchange for your original order is more expensive we will require extra payment to match the price of a more expensive one.

Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights.
