From time to time we like to indulge our customers with a free gift or Offer!
- To avail of our offers/discounts please sign up to our Newsletter/Blog.
- Free Gifts cannot be Exchanged or Refunded.
- If you do not want your Free Gift or if the Gift does not fit you then please pay it forward by gifting to someone else or send to a charity shop.
Free Gifts, Promotions or Offers are offered from time to time, are of limited availability and only on full value orders over a value of €50.00.
Winners are notified by email and publicity arising from the various promotions include posting on our Social Media Platforms and Advertising emails. Full names and address's of individuals are not given.
Discounts - Cannot be used in combination with other Discounts, Items on Sale or the Gift Card.
SALE - Unless otherwise specified. A Sale does not include - Items already on Sale, Gift Cards or Nightcaps.
HOW LONG DO I HAVE TO RETURN ITEMS FOR A REFUND OR EXCHANGE?
When you purchase online, you have a statutory right to return a product up to 14 days after your order has been delivered for an exchange or a refund. Simply fill up our returns form enclosed with your order, letting us know how you wish to proceed.
You can monogram or personalise your garment for an additional fee of €5.00 per personalisation up to 10 characters. Please contact email@example.com for more information on how to apply to your order.
Please note: We cannot accept returns on Monogrammed/ Personalised Items.
WHERE SHOULD I SEND MY RETURNS?
If you are returning goods for refund or exchange please send them to:

Refunds will be made in accordance with the method of payment used and we will endeavor to issue your full refund immediately.
DO I HAVE TO PAY FOR POSTAGE IF I WANT TO EXCHANGE AN ITEM?
Unless you have an offer providing free returns (we do these promotions every now and then) then you will have to pay for return postage yourself.
However, we will happily post you out a replacement garment if necessary for free.
WHAT IF I WANT TO EXCHANGE MY ITEM FOR SOMETHING CHEAPER OR MORE EXPENSIVE?
We will refund the price difference between your item and a cheaper one, or require extra payment to match the price of a more expensive one. That seems fair to us.
If a product is damaged or faulty please contact us and we will organise a replacement or refund.
